Data going missing

I keep losing my mobile data I've done the network settings and I get a message saying temporary error try later this is twice this week

Hi @Peter245  what do you mean by data going missing ? Are you using a lot or is it going missing from your piggybank ? If it's the latter then any data more than 12 months old now disappears from your piggybank.

I have plenty of data but just stopped working and a message saying that you might be out of data

So have you checked your online account and what does it say about how much data you have left this month @Peter245  ?
