John Lewis money App not working on Sky

I have been unable to open this App on my mobile phone for a couple of weeks now. I have tried on my home WiFi and using mobile data, both of which are with Sky. Sky customer service says the problem lies with the App and the App customer service says the problem is with Sky. Yesterday, I tried opening the App whilst shopping, using the store's WiFi and it worked fine, so the problem seems to be caused by the App not working on Sky. Of course, this means I am no longer able to verify any payments I make online. Has anyone else had this problem and, if you resolved it, how did you do so? TIA

Hi I'm having the same problem. All advice to resolve gratefully received.

Mine sorted itself out after a few days, but it was very frustrating at the time. Neither Sky nor the John Lewis money people claimed responsibility for the fault either.  Hope yours does the same thing.
