Data from piggybank not rolling ovee

Hi


After months of trying and lots of calls (with zero reply from Sky) my piggybank data is not rolling over (I have 5 SIMS) either on app or web.  I keep getting technical error messages.  

 

It seems to happen everytime I get a new contract.  Have tried everything with Sky technical team/ID team etc but still not resolved.  Can anyone help?

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

Hi

 

I have had no response from anyone from Sky as promised and the issue has got worse as I cant see the data anymore on the app.  I have just wasted 15 mins on phone to Sky to have piggy bank data rolled over as an emergency as my daughter ran out of data and is now stuck at a train station!

 

Please get this issue sorted out ASAP!

Yes I did reply to the chat!  The sky expert said it had been escalated and I would be called in 3 days with an update.  I have heard nothing - now I cant even see my piggybank or SIMs in the app or web browser.

Hi

 

Please ecalate again.  I chatted to a sket expert yesterday where I was told at around 13.30 that the issue had been resolved and to delete app and reinstall.  Did that and it didnt work - left a message at 13.52 stating that.  No one replied and the chat closed at 19.00pm.
