Data from piggybank not rolling ovee

Hi


After months of trying and lots of calls (with zero reply from Sky) my piggybank data is not rolling over (I have 5 SIMS) either on app or web.  I keep getting technical error messages.  

 

It seems to happen everytime I get a new contract.  Have tried everything with Sky technical team/ID team etc but still not resolved.  Can anyone help?
