Data draining immediately

I have 3 phones and sims one has been draining down the data almost immediately even when topping up the phone was iPhone 11 and recently upgraded to iPhone 14 Plus same issue who can help and how can I actually get help from

someone who knows about these things as last time it was so frustrating using chat

What size data plan does it have?  (It's a common issue with the 'free' 100MB sim)

Try going into the settings and look to see what is using mobile data and if it is any apps that you don't use then you should be able to disable them.
