Data cut on an unlimited data plan
I have unlimited data plan.
Why do I get a message saying I am out of data, go to the sky manager and its saying transfer piggy back data.
I go through the motions and it states I have unlimited data!
Its annoying as it seems to stop data flow, cutting off streaming services such as amazon music or podcasts when I am travelling.
I am trying to find if I have an issue with another app such as amazon music or whether its sky causing the problem.
I have tried calling tech support and they are next to useless as they dont seem to comprehend my issue. I cant make it any more obvious!
