Galaxy Z flip 5 screen protector (original fitted)

I have a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 device, had it over a year so no longer in manufacturers warranty. The screen protector it is fitted with has started coming up at the fold in the centre of the screen.

How would i get this repaired? Samsung or Sky..

@Danbray Most Samsung smartphones come with a 24-month manufacturer warranty, so it may be worth contacting Samsung to see if you are still covered. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/warranty/#products

Oh, thanks for the advice. I only thought it was 12 months
