Data calls and texts not working

Hiya , I was behind I a mobile bill payment. In which it had suspended use of my data calls and texts until I had made that payment. 
in which case I've just made a full payment it then says, it's been reinstalled and should be back working shortly or up to 24 hours. 
im just wondering if anyone has had the same and if it actually takes this long. Or if it will be on shortly x

Have you also reset up your payment method as this will need doing then you are waiting for this payment you made to be cleared by the banks which might not happen until Monday at the earliest.
