My phone

We have now paid our bill and its saying that are services are back up and running but there not. Ive even reset my phone to see if that would help and it didn't

Hi @Victoriacoll  if your services were restricted due to late payment you first have to pay your bill, then you have to set up a new continuous payment method. Once your payment clears in Skys account then your services should be reinstated. If more than 2 weeks late you may need to pay the next bill. Payments clearing over the weekend can delay things.
