Data Rollover

I have just tried multiple times to transfer my saved data from previous months into my allowance as nearing the end of my current data amount. Started off with 33GB in my saved piggy bank so thought I would transfer some to use for now. I have tried multiple times to transfer my data and it doesn't seem to show when I see my data left amount? I'm now down to 8.???GB in my piggy bank and my current data still shows the same as before? Can someone advise?

 I'm also havign a similar issue, I rolled over 4 GB but it only seemes to roll over 0.4 GB 😞
