Sky Piggybank data, able to roll-over data but the data shown on account is not increasing

Hi

 

I've tried rolling over 4GB of data onto my mobile plan, this looks to have been sucessful in terms of no errors when adding - however the data figures on the product page are not increasing correctly, it old seems to have added a fraction of data i.e. 0.4 GB instead of 4 GB

 

Is anyone able to help?

 

I updated this earlier and also cleared site data & ensured that all coockies are allowed to stop any blockers.

I would give it 24 hours to see if it catches up if not give Sky a call on the free 150 number for help.

I am having the same issue. Just topped up 10gb, they have gone from the bank and there is a log of them being used, but no data showing.. can't use the interest 🤯
