I have just purchased iPhone 16 pro max which came with an extra 50 GB of data. However, I need to activate it but I'm using my old number. It only gives me an option on the app to activate using eSIM which I don't want or activate it on a new sim using my old number but I am using g my old sim and old number. How do I activate please?

If you do activate the new sim then it means you will be paying for a second one.

You can't use a Pac code to move a number from one Sky sim to another Sky sim so you have a few options.

You could call Sky to ask them if they will apply the 50GB plan to your current sim.

You could either use the sim you have or if you want to transfer the number you have to the new sim then you would need to use a Pac code to transfer your current sim number to a PAYG network and then use another pac code you get from them to transfer it back to your new Sky sim.
