Damaged sim, need replacement

My son has managed to damage his SIM card so I need to order a replacement. Is this possible? The phone is not lost or stolen

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yea, you can order a replacement SIM from the MySky app or website.

I'm going round in circles trying to get a replacement sim. 

Those links are just sky saying when you'll automatically get a replacement sim. It's the same going through the musky app too. 

 

I've been without signal (emergency calls only) for nearly 3 weeks now obviously I cannot call sky or set up for an eSim as calls and texts aren't coming through
