DATA missing

I've just activated a 100mb SIM card and it immediately says that I only have 56mb of data left despite the fact I haven't even turned the device on yet, so how can I have used nearly half of the data already before powering on, any ideas

The first month is pro-rata-ed so you'll have less, next billing month you'll have the full data. Tbh 100mb isn't going to last long anyway unless you're using Wi-Fi permanently.

You have been give 56mb as this is based on how many days before it resets which will be your billing date so will not be in 4 weeks time but will be less hence the less data you have been given. After than you will see the 100mb each month which as explained above is a really tiny amount.

...many have confused MB with GB.

 

If you don't have a large piggybank then 100MB isn't going to last long...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
