Customer services

Hi I want help whit get phone contracts it's my first phone on contracts and I can understand why the don't want to give me phone on contracts and I'm not get high price to pay monthly and the still tell me is unsuccessful but I can understand why when I never get nothing on my name and I want help whit this please

Hi @Vanessagoral  if you are failing the credit checks then you need to look into what you can do to improve your score. Sign up with Experian or similar to start looking. If you keep applying and getting refused that will impact your credit score and make it harder to get a contract.

Your post is a little difficult to understand. 

It’s possible you may have failed the required (enhanced) credit check(s). Also, any emails which confirm or cancel the order sometimes arrive out of sequence. See this link for Skys guidance ~

Be aware that if you keep trying to order the device this could further impact your credit score. If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record. You would have to sign up to a credit reference agency like Experian or Equifax, which would give you access to your credit record.

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to call Sky to chase it up.

Can u help me whit sim to get first 3 months if I will pay then sky gone give me phone contacts or not ?

You will not be able to get a phone via Sky but you might still be able to order a sim and get the phone from elsewhere.
