Non delivery of new tablets

I had an email this morning from DPD to say my order of 2 new a9 tablets would be delivered between 15,49 and 16,49. I have stayed in all day and they have not been delivered to my address. Could you look into this for me please. C Keal

I'm afraid not as we are customers here, so have DPD contacted you anyway even by sending you a photo of the (non) delivery ?
