Credit file showing missed mobile payments

My credit file is showing that I missed payments on sky mobile for the laptop I have. My bank statements beg to differ. I pay £30 a month for the lap top.

You're addressing other customers here...

 

Were the payments made on time?

 

If the record is incorrect then I believe you have to contact the credit agencies to correct them.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

We work very hard to make sure the information passed to Equifax and Experian is accurate. If you think there’s a mistake or something’s wrong, contact us straight away.
