Sky cancelled the wrong phone.

I asked Sky to cancel my son's mobile phone and sim last week as he lost it and have just realised they have cancelled mine by mistake instead. I can't ring them from my phone because it's now been blocked and I am housebound. This is extremely poor customer service.

As you have internet access Sky can also be contacted via social media as there are links at the bottom of the page that you ca use. They can also be contacted via WhatsApp.
