Credit agreement with a second purchase

Trying to purchase an MacBook but when I go to press agree to continue to credit agreement it says it's unsuccessful however I've already purchased a phone not so long ago and my credit agreement was successful. What am I supposed to do?

@Maddiejess  How long between the orders?

companies can block orders if you try and take multiple agreements close together as they may feel you won't be able to keep up repayments if they give you more credit

@Maddiejess

Already having a device and passing the credit check doesn't automatically mean you will pass it a second time espeically if you place this order so close to when you ordered the first one so all you can do is to leave it for a week or so and try placing the order again and if you fail again then there will be nothing else you can do.

Unfortunately not purchase it from Sky (unless you want to pay in full).  Although, credit elsewhere is not guaranteed.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
