Having exactly the same issue. Getting a "Sending Failed" when pressing the button to send a security code when requesting the conversion of SIM to eSIM on the Sky website. Called up Sky Support and was told the case was escalated but I still haven't heard back. I only ordered the SIM / pay monthly package so that I could convert it to an eSIM, so I'm currently paying monthly but I can't even use it until I can convert it to use on my phone.
