Hi @Chlo25  this isn't sky CS here so you need to look in your account. Your phone contract (if you have one) will be for either 24 or 36 months. Your sim contract is a minimum of 12 months and after that continues on a monthly rolling basis until you cancel it.

The sim itself is a 12 month contract.
