Contract

Hi. 

Im trying to buy 2 phones online. Ive clicked the 24 month contract for both phones and as I was readying through the contract part its now say 36 months which isnt what I want. Please can explain to me why it had been changed?

Hi @Hannah14723  Sky do two contracts, swap 12 (24 month contract) and swap 24 (36 month contract). At 12 months on the first contract or 24 months on the second one you can swap your phone for a new one by sending your phone back to cover the remaining 12 months of the contract. If you don't want to swap you continue paying for the final 12 months.
