Contract phone

I send my iPhone 14 back on the 9/10/2025 to swop for the iPhone 17 which I have. I had an email stating they have canceled the swop because you havent received it back. Bit I have recept I sent it back

As you have the receipt with the tracking details on then give Sky a call to give them the tracking number then hopefully that can reinstate the swap.
