I received my new phone 26/08/25 and sent back my iPhone 13mini on the 27/07/25. I replied to your emails about clearing the cloud several times, today I have received the phone back? Did no one re check it again? Can I still return it?

Hi @Loops1976 you will need to make sure find my iPhone is turned off and factory reset it. You then need to call sky to see if they will accept the swap. That can't be done here.
