since last week all of my contacts incoming calls suddenly started showing as 'unknown'. I took phone to phone shop and they tried two different other providers sims in the phone.. both showed the contact name. They suggested I get a new sim from Sky Mobile. Got a new sim and again all of my contacts show 'unknown'. I have spent over and hour this afternoon with an agent going over and over settings and it is still the same. Sadly I am going to have to look for a new provider if this isnt resolved.

Yes. After a long call with a sky tech the only last resort suggestion was 'try' factory reset - which I won't be doing because I'm not confidentabout backing up everything and getting it all back onto the phone.
Looks like I will have to leave Sky mobile at end of contract 🙁
