Contacting a UK based helpline

I reserved and recieved my new Z fold 7 on 22nd July. There is a problem with the folding screen that has developed to left half of screen is now yellow. I've tried now fro 31st July to send it back for replacement and phone them 5 times and still haven't recieved the returns packaging and labelling which should only take 2 days ( now 12 Aug). Does anyone now a UK based helpline to try n sort this. All numbers I ring are quite obviously not in the UK and they don't have the authority to do anything that isn't printed on there instruction sheets.

@B3cko  Customers have no say on location you will be put through to the first available regardless

The only thing I can suggest is you keep calling until you get through to what you believe is a uk based agent

@B3cko  You can call 150 from your mobile (if you have a Sky sim) you7 don't get a choice of where your call is routed.

There is no direct number for UK call centres as it would make routing calls based on load kind of redundant.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
