Confused with billing

Hi, 

 

I am unsure why I have been charged £77 last week and you are again taking £17 tomorrow I'm not sure why I have 2 bill payments - I spoke to someone regarding my equipment and they said I wouldn't be charged?

Can you expand on this, why did you call Sky about your equipment, have you returned something and are going to be charged, if so do you have the proof of posting receipt ?
