Can't respond to call option menus

Hi, I've found an odd issue. I can't respond to call menues. Even sky's own menu doesn't respond to any key press from my phone. Has anyone else found this issue?

Odd for it to affecy Sky themselves...

Thanks for the link. It looks like it's not isolated then. 

Do you know of a direct number I call for support? I'm stuck in a loop.
