"How to set up call forwarding
- Go to Device Support.
- Select your device make and model.
- Search for 'call diverts' and follow the instructions.
Charges
You can set your phone up to forward calls to another UK mobile (07)* or UK landline (01, 02, 03) number.
The charge for a forwarded call is the same as if you made the call from your Sky Mobile to the forwarded number. For example, if you have Unlimited Calls & Texts, forwarded calls to a UK mobile (07)* or UK landline (01, 02, 03) number will be inclusive.

*Excludes indirect access and 070/076 numbers."
