Change name

Hi, I got married at the weekend and looking to change my name on my account to my married name

According to this link you should be able to do this by calling Sky, so from your mobile if it has a Sky sim in it 150 is the name to call them on.

If you're the Sky Mobile account holder the Community Messaging Team who work on here may be able to assist with that. Let us know if you would like your post escalating to them.

 

The alternative is calling in by dialling 150 from your Sky sim,
