Conditional Call forwarding is active

When I call out receive Conditional Call forwarding is active. My phone is unreachable as when number is called user gets error incorrect number was enterred. 

Receiving network bars. Always forward is "No Number set".

No phone settings were changed.  I did an Android OS software update today AFTER this issue and still no luck.

So I am Unable to make or recieve calls on this working Samsung s23 device. 

If it was a sim problem I would not receive network bards nor be able to make calls over whatsapp, wifi/5g.

Any ideas Sky team?

Resolved by moving to an e-sim.

 

Number was showing as unknown in sim settings. Sky dont allow call forwarding to be disabled. Must have been faulty sim.

Do you have call forwarding enabled, perhaps try disabling it ?
