My Daughter has fallen out with her mother who has subsequently disconnected her number. How can I retain the number and move it onto my account instead?

You can't do this easily but if it is still active it will need moving via a pac code to a PAYG network then back from this network via another pac code to a new Sky sim that you will need to order on your account.

The original network is sky and im also with Sky. Problem being is that with no longer speaking to her mother shes having difficulty in obtaining the PAC code

If the number is on a Sky sim is the phone on your Sky account ?

It's not, its on her mother's account who shes no longer speaking to

Then you/she are stuck with regards to getting the number moved. The only option is to order her a sim (and phone if needs be) via your account.
