Complaint

Iv been with sky over 20 years diamond customer ordered phone up grade on first got stuck on system they saus why i haf t recieved it then ended up speaking to loads different people going throuhg same studd dont no how many times and then was reordered and before we could finidh line went dead had to ring again jusy keep getting call centers now saying cant have it ans just paid off phone fuming geel like cancelling whole lot tv everythink now the money they have had off me
