Complaint

On monday i ordered a phone , sky made a mistake on there end sending the wrong phone , all got sorted . said they was sending mine out between 9-11am not been delivered. been on the phone to 5 people theyve all said theyll ring back and wont ring back

If you were due to receive this today the courier DPD would have contacted you with a one hour delivery slot so if they don't then the latest on your order should be found here:

You should be emailed by DPD giving a timeframe for delivery.
