Complaint about stolen mobile

My mobile iPhone 15 Pro Max is stolen which I had already reported and requested to your team member for doing inactivate my device he replied me that your phone is inactive now about 15 days before ,but today I got email and message that your device is active why you have not done my device inactivated wether my all sensitive personal data is in that mobile

If you reported the phone as stolen then Sky should have blocked it so did they tell you they did this ?
