Sky mobile app

I've upgraded my sky mobile and now if I try to see what data etc I have  via the MySky app it's just not there! It take me to a page for becoming a sky customer. There's no link to access my bill or usage, roll over piggy bank. Any suggestions?

Hi @ZeD27  did you used to have access ? This sometimes happens if a device has been allocated to a different/previous account. A call to sky on 150 will help find the details.

If all you did was to get a new mobile then are you sure you are signed in with the correct username or email address ?

I'm using the correct password etc. the page is completely different. There's no option for checking piggyback or mobile accounts, it just the advertising pages.... no idea how to find it.
