Data Usage has suddenly increased

I have had my iPhone 11 for 3 years and suddenly I am being asked to roll over extra data ie 5 g then told I am almost out of data three weeks later 

There seems to be a sudden change Can anyone help or advise please

Hi @Larry16  no one can see what's causing the increase. Have a look at your phones data monitor to see what's using the data ? Have you recently downloaded any antivirus apps or VPN as these have been the cause of recent issues like yours.

I will check it out Yes I have VPN so that could be the problem
