How do I get a NUC code from sky to unlock a mobile phone I have with them?

@Tinkerbell26  Sky phones are unlocked so you shouldn't require a code

Mobiles provided by Sky come unlocked to any network so it should work. Describe what's happening?

If the phone is from Sky have you ever used a skybsim in it and if you have what is happening when you put this other sim in it ?
