I’ve paid the bill twice but still overdue

Hi please checking i've paid 1 bills then sky  automatic paid from my account again so.i paid twice and i just dispute 1 i paid on 8th September but automatic cut out frome bank again on 10 and now i get overdue by i paid done it's broken my credit score 😅 thanks

You shouldn't be making manual payments because if you get your timings wrong all you are doing is putting a credit on your account as appears to be what has happened here so you are not actually paying the bill.

When you see the credit give Sky on 150 as they can refund it for you.
