Clarification on when payments start if ordering an iPhone 17 Pro

Hi there,

I’m not currently a Sky Mobile customer, but I’m thinking of ordering an iPhone 17 Pro. Before I place the order, I just wanted to check how the payment schedule works.

I've noticed that users have expressed long wait times for the iPhone 17 Pro to be delivered so I want to order before my current contract ends to ensure it arrives in time - if I order the phone today, will my first payment be taken immediately, or does billing only start once the phone is delivered and activated?

Ideally, I’d like my first payment to start later this month, on 25th November — is there any way to align the billing date to a later date?

@yasmus  For the device your first bill will be generated 7 days after delivery 

 

You can't change billing date until your account has gone through two full billing cycles

So it is 3 days after activation or up to 13 days if paying by direct debit.

 

Once the first two bills have been paid you can change the billing date if you want but you should note that the first one after you do this might be higher than usual if it covers a longer period than the usual 4 weeks due to the change in date.
