Hi @Louise297  this isn't sky CS here so no one can check for you. Keep an eye on your order status for any updates. Awaiting dispatch sounds like it shouldn't be long.

We are customers here who help each other, if this link says "Awaiting dispatch" then that is the status of your order at present:

https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

When it is dispatched you might get an email with an update then DPD will contact you and give you a one hour delivery slotr once they have it.
