Charged twice when swapped phone

Swapped my old phone with nothing else to pay, but when I have had my new phone I’m being charged twice. Why

Swap returns can take 2-3 weeks to process.  It's not unusual to be billed for the old phone in the interim before being processed.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
