How to access e-sim

I lost my phone so I've asked for a replacement sim to get sent (about 5 days ago) however it's taking so long to come and a lot is riding on me having a sim. How do I go about the process of an e-sim

please?

You can convert a sim to an esim:

Not sure if you will need the actual sim to do this though.
