I have been charged twice this month for my phone bill? Any ideas why

So you are new to Sky Mobile then the link I posted above applies as you are billed twice in the first month then it will be monthly this is because we pay in advance.

Have you made an unnecessary manual payment?

Do both bills cover the same dates?
