Charged twice for device

I have 2 phone contracts with sky, 1 device i sent back but still have to pay, the other i am still using. I have changed my payment date from 22nd to 26th of the month and next month's bill i have been charged twice for my device, can anyone explain this please?

I presume they are still processing the return - it can take 3-4 weeks and billing continues as normal.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @mummyof9bratsxx  as well as what @PandJ2020  has stated when you change your billing date the next bill will be higher. What do your future bills show ?
