Charged 2 times for device

Hello, I have been charged for device two times can you explain me why please?

Your image has been rejected as it contains your mobile number and agreement number. Feel free to re submit the image with those items blocked out. 

Those two amounts have two dates… £18 for 2 December 2023 and £18 for 2 January 2024.

Have you recently added one of those device to your package as it appears you were not charged on your December bill for one of them ?
