Changing network with mobile on credit
Hi folks
currently I cant use my phone for phone calls or data where I live due to a mast being down. Its been like it for a little while and no end date.
i work at home so need to make calls
is it possible to move airtime to a new provider, even though I still owe money on my handset
ie keep the credit agreement on the handset going but move airtime elsewhere?
thanks

Re: Changing network with mobile on credit
Hi @ShandyMe your airtime plan and phone plan are separate so you can use a different network sim but continue paying sky for the phone. If you cancel your current sky sim and you have had it less than 12 months then there would be early termination charges.

Re: Changing network with mobile on credit
Does WiFi calling work for you?
Also, bear in mind that another provider may also be impacted by the mast outage...
