I'd like to change the contracts to my husband's name. We're currently going through a divorce, and he's keeping the devices purchased in my name. My husband agrees. How can we arrange this?

Its not something Sky allow I'm afraid.

Nope this isn't possible so your husband would need to sign up to Sky as a new customer.

Just to be clear - if it's your contract then you cannot transfer it to anyone else (other than a few cases such as bereavement).

You will have to cancel your contract (if you are not subject to a minimum term, otherwise you will incur late payment charges) and return  any of Sky's equipment.
