I recently swap my 16 pro to 17 pro on my account but its on the qeue now and not proccessed yet. And now my mind changed and i dont wanna swap my phone my question is that how can i cancel the swap option on my account i dont want new phone i only keep my old phone only
To cancel the swap you will need to call Sky on 150.
