iPad ordered

I ordered an iPad on Saturday & sky took my upfront payment fine but I've had no emails sent of the agreement, delivery, billing or product which is strange, I also can't see the device or get into on my account but 2 iPads were delivered today to my address, any ideas or suggestions please, is there an issue? Thanks

Be careful.  There's a chance your account may have been compromised - if someone unexpected calls to collect those iPad's then do not give them to them.
