Change of mind

I have changed my mind and want to return my phone. How can I contact customer service? It says online that I need to notify Sky that i'm returning the device but I cannot see how to contact them. I haven't used the device so don't have a sky mobile number and can't access the 033.. number.

As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Dial 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.
